Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing a book of business (BOB) and ensuring exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) after the completion of training.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
• Remote Work: Hybrid schedule available (3/2 split) after training
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a book of business (BOB) for personal lines accounts
• Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Provide quotes for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (5 years preferred)
• Proven ability to manage standard personal lines accounts
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction
