Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a small, family-friendly team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless servicing of both commercial and personal insurance accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

As the Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary duties will include:

• Managing day-to-day servicing of commercial and personal insurance accounts.
• Handling endorsements, policy changes, renewals, certificates, and client requests.
• Conducting coverage reviews and resolving billing issues.
• Communicating effectively with carriers, underwriters, and clients.
• Servicing commercial accounts such as contractors, commercial specialties, bonds, business liability, and commercial property.
• Servicing personal accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, and renters insurance.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with small accounts and managing a book of business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
• Soft Skills:
• Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a small, family-oriented office environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Background check required prior to start date.
• Availability for a couple of weeks of training upon onboarding.
