You will manage an existing book of business while also writing new business from referrals. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $30/hour
- Commission: 40% commission on all new business written
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours, 3-4 days onsite per week, with the option to work up to 5 days
- Manage and service a pre-existing book of personal lines accounts, ranging from $7,000 to $70,000 in premium, including builders risk policies.
- Handle incoming referrals from the President and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Perform quoting and rating tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
- Utilize the EPIC software system to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
- Balance responsibilities between sales (50%) and service (50%) to meet company goals.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in sales and account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong quoting and rating abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
