Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
- 401(k): Employer match up to 4%
- Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to two weeks' salary (not guaranteed but consistently provided for the past 15 years)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
- Provide comprehensive service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Support producers by handling policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and reviewing policies
- Manage renewals, process client requests, and perform policy changes
- Work with a variety of industries, including contractors, landscapers, and sanitation, with account sizes up to $1 million (average $50,000-$60,000 in premium)
- Maintain and service a book of business totaling $4.3 million in premium
- Utilize EPIC software for daily operations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (2-4 years preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
