This role is integral to servicing and managing the expanding book of business, primarily focused on middle-market personal lines accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Provide full-service account management for personal lines clients, including policy changes, claims assistance, invoicing, and marketing renewals.
- Handle renewal business (approximately 80%) and new business (approximately 10%), primarily through cross-selling and referrals.
- Quote and market policies with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and the California Fair Plan.
- Process policy change requests, including adding or removing vehicles.
- Assist clients with claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in Hawksoft agency management software.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Carrier Knowledge: Familiarity with Mercury’s system is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
