Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. This is a centrally located location, for a long time great client.

Duties

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met efficiently.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients and insurance providers to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive sales administration support, including policy documentation, renewals, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products through telemarketing, community outreach, or digital channels.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with benefits administration related to insurance plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when necessary.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing customer service excellence and contributing to overall agency growth.

Experience

  • Proven experience in insurance with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with administration processes, analysis skills for risk assessment, and marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience working with personal lines customer service environments within the insurance industry (10 years desirable but will consider less).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive client information responsibly. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
