Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $40,000 in premium.
- Providing end-to-end account management, including assisting customers with renewals, processing endorsements, and advising on additional lines of coverage.
- Quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Handling remarkets and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborating with carriers such as Mercury, Travelers, Safeco, and E&S markets.
- Utilizing AMS 360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the California Fair Plan, DIC coverage, and working with carriers such as Mercury, Travelers, Safeco, and E&S markets.
