This role will manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers. While this is primarily a service-oriented position, motivated individuals will have the opportunity to grow into sales and expand their career within the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission Opportunities: 100% on personal policies, 50% on referrals for the first year
- Annual Bonuses: Performance-based

- Flexible Work Schedule: Hybrid work model available after 90 days (1 day remote, with potential for 2-3 days remote based on experience and performance)
- Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines clients.
- Prepare proposals and applications, submit them to carriers, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and communication.
- Provide consistent, proactive communication through phone, email, newsletters, and regular check-ins.
- Learn underwriting and rating procedures for personal lines products.
- Quote and cross-sell personal lines policies to meet client needs.
- Property & Casualty License for DE and PA (or willingness to obtain; employer will provide support).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid math skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
