Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines - Inside Sales Advisor to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $48,000 annually
• Commission: 25% on sales

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance policies
• Manage renewals and ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (open to candidates willing to obtain the license)
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Familiarity with EZ Links software is a plus
