Compensation Package
- Total Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 annually (includes base salary and variable compensation tied to the book of business).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Generous paid time off (PTO).
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee and manage a substantial book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex client inquiries.
- Maintain a client-facing role, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions for clients with self-funded plans and groups of 500 lives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support the transition to the Epic platform later this year, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation.
- Licensure: Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on self-funded plans and managing groups of 500 lives.
- Proven experience in people management, including leading and developing teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations and complex accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with BenefitPoint and/or Epic platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
