Location: Nassau County, NY Salary: Up to $100,000-$125,000 Base Salary Commission

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to help our clients navigate the complex world of employee benefits. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor benefit packages that align with client goals and budgets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to provide strategic advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Manage the open enrollment process and assist clients with employee communication and education.
• Identify opportunities for new business and actively pursue leads to expand your client portfolio.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Life & Health (L&H) license in New York.
• Proven experience in employee benefits brokerage or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
