Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
• 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%, with additional profit sharing at the end of the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Assist with renewal overviews, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Manage group life and medical accounts (5 to 50 employees).
• Handle tasks such as adding and removing employees from accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and training process, including EPIC system training.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Life & Accident license required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Work Environment: This is an on-site position with no travel required.
