Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $30,000–$35,000 (with potential for higher earnings in the first three months).
- Benefits: $350 monthly contribution toward benefits.
- Bonuses and Commissions: Commission on new business and performance-based bonuses.
- Training Period: 90-day probationary period with comprehensive onboarding and support.
- Sales: Proactively generate new business by reaching out to leads, building relationships, and identifying client needs.
- Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including managing personal and commercial lines accounts.
- Quoting and Renewals: Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Business Development: Attend client meetings and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the lead agent to support the agency’s growth and success.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including entry-level candidates with strong potential. Experience in captive, carrier, or independent agencies is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Guidewire software is preferred.
