Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Bonus Opportunity: 8% annual bonus (50% company performance, 50% individual performance)

- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, with a focus on generalist and real estate lines of coverage.
- Handle both new business acquisition and renewal processes, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small to mid-market businesses.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience in managing generalist and real estate lines of coverage.
- Strong understanding of new business acquisition and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance software is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
