Compensation Package
- Competitive salary up to $150,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
- Commission structure: 40%-30% split.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

- Conduct a 60-40 mix of cold outreach and leverage internal referral resources to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from small to large businesses, with account sizes between $0k-$500k.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
- Active 2-20 insurance license is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an established commercial insurance agent.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in commercial lines.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
