Location: Lansdale, PA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

The position joins a collaborative Commercial Lines team and reports directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist commercial lines book from A–Z
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and carrier interactions
- Service middle-market accounts
- Support renewal activity (approximately 90% renewals / 10% new business)
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflows within the AMS
- Partner closely with producers and internal teams to support client needs
- Ensure accuracy, follow-through, and timely servicing across all accounts
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ideally experience servicing a generalist commercial book
- Experience with middle-market accounts is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
