Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business by handling policy renewals, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, contract reviews, and new client onboarding.
- Coordinate renewal processes, including gathering exposure data, securing quotes, analyzing coverage options, presenting recommendations, and binding coverage.
- Prepare marketing submissions and collaborate with insurers and internal teams on remarketing efforts.
- Deliver responsive client service, answer coverage and billing questions, and build strong long-term client relationships.
- Identify risk management and cross-selling opportunities, maintain compliance with agency procedures and E&O guidelines, support client meetings, pursue professional development, and assist with additional projects as needed.
