Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned producers to service and market business accounts. The accounts primarily consist of contractors, property accounts, and manufacturing clients, with premiums starting at $50,000. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the branch and play a pivotal role in its success.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service account management from A-Z, including day-to-day customer service and marketing of new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with producers to service their books of business, which include accounts generating $50,000 in premiums.
• Quote and market new and renewal business.
• Handle a variety of accounts, including contractors, property, and manufacturing clients.
• Support the growth of the branch by assisting with onboarding additional account managers as the office expands.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Education: Relevant educational background preferred but not required.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting with occasional in-office presence.
