Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

- Manage a book of business consisting of 104 accounts, with premiums ranging from $676,000 and below (average account size: $33,000).
- Market new business opportunities and handle/remarket renewals.
- Issue Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and Evidence of Insurance.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including managing emails and attaching them to the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of high-end clients.
- Utilize Vertafore AMS 360 for account management (training available if needed).
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, ensuring they are professional and accurate.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lines account management experience (candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and format spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Vertafore AMS 360 is preferred but not required (training available).
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workflow.
- Location: Must reside within a 20-mile radius of Wichita, Kansas.
- Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements will not be considered.
