Position Summary: The Pool Cashier/Runner supports the concession operation by providing accurate transactions, food delivery, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service to members and guests during the summer pool season.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cash drawer accountability
- Deliver food orders to designated pickup areas (optional)
- Maintain cleanliness of concession and surrounding areas
- Restock beverages, supplies, and condiments
- Communicate effectively with grill staff
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance throughout season
Salary : $10 - $15
