What are the responsibilities and job description for the Columbus Pool/Concessions Attendant position at Swimsafe Pool Management?
As a Pool/Concessions Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool by showing a strong commitment to customer service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs (front desk/concessions).
- Maintain pool area in terms of safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain equipment in particular area, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper recording and collecting of money for concessions, passes, guests, lessons, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Because each of our pools are operated individually, the needs of that particular facility may vary.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a humid environment and/or be immersed in water for extended periods of time.
- Position sometimes requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
