What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concession Stand Staff position at Wrights Concessions?
Hiring Description & Duties
We operate out of permanent food concession stands selling food and drinks directly to the consumer. Our business is fast paced, but a fun environment to work in. Your job is as follows and can change at a minutes notice throughout the day.
- Cook/Prep - If you are in the cook position for the day you will be responsible for cooking and preparing all food items based on the customers orders.
- Cashier - If you are the cashier for the day you will be responsible for taking customers orders and ensuring the customer receives their order in a timely fashion. Also we have an app where customers can order directly from their phone. You will be responsible for ensuring these orders go out timely.
- Stand Runner - If you are a stand runner it’s your responsibility to make sure the cook and cashier have everything they need. You will be retrieving items out of the freezer as needed in addition to helping the cook and cashier fulfill incoming orders.
- Cleaning - Each night after we close you will clean your area and prepare it for the next day. Each position is responsible for cleaning their area after their shift.
- Facility Runner - If you are in this position it will be your responsibility to drive a golf cart and deliver food to other stands throughout the facility.
Experience – It’s always nice if you have experience in our industry, but we have tried to simplify everything where you can catch on rather quick. If you have minimal or no experience you are welcome to apply.
