Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Stand Leader role located in Columbus, OH. The Stand Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the coffee stand while ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining product quality, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations. The Stand Leader will also play a pivotal role in training staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver a cheerful and efficient experience for every guest.
