Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Stand Leader role located in Columbus, OH. The Stand Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the coffee stand while ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining product quality, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations. The Stand Leader will also play a pivotal role in training staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver a cheerful and efficient experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Experience in team supervision, staff scheduling, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a welcoming and memorable customer experience.
• Operations and Organization: Ability to oversee inventory, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive in finding solutions and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or management is a plus.
