What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Director position at The Intersect Group?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional revenue growth; execute CRO strategy
- Enforce sales playbook (inspection contracts, repair quoting, follow-through)
- Drive renewals, retention, expansion
- Own forecasting, pipeline, key account reviews
- Manage NetSuite CRM: Activity logging, sprint reports, renewals, Lead/task/opportunity assignment, KPI tracking (visits, quotes, contracts, engagement)
- Coach Territory Sales Reps (ride-along, training, performance plans)
- Support large deals (contracts, modernization, installations)
- Build customer/OEM/vendor relationships
- Partner with Legal, Contract Admin, branch leaders
- Coordinate travel, scheduling, meetings
- Drive KPIs: revenue, contract growth, repair conversion, CRM compliance, forecast accuracy, rep performance
- Supervise Territory Sales Representatives
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years sales experience
- Industrial services or similar industry experience
- 50–60% travel
Salary : $165,000 - $175,000
