Position: B2B Collections Specialist

Setting: 1-2 week(s) onsite training then work is Remote

Location: Livonia, MI 48152

Pay: $20 - $23/hour

We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist local to Michigan with a robust background in commercial collections. This role is far from standard collections work; it involves handling a wide range of business-to-business collections across multiple waste streams, requiring flexibility and adaptability in approach.

Responsibilities:

• Execute B2B collections across diverse client profiles with varying requirements.
• Manage lien waivers, track government fund disbursements, and handle specialized documentation.
• Understand and adapt to each customer’s billing and documentation needs.
• Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with clients using tailored approaches based on audience and situation.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to Livonia, MI
• 2 years of experience with B2B collections, ideally with varied customer profiles
• Ability to pivot approaches effectively, based on each customer's situation
• Strong organizational skills for managing and gathering client documentation
