Excellent company in Rosemont is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks.
This is a full-time Hybrid work schedule but you MUST live near Rosemont.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy. Primarily by phone
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Service call must be attended to immediately.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Assist with proofreading documents and preparing materials for meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
Requirements
- MUST have experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- MUST live near Rosemont.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic computer software.
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and live within close proximity to Rosemont, IL.
Hybrid schedule - 8am - 5pm. (Will only need to work in Office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays; other 3 days you will work remotely from home.)
Direct Hire $40k - $42k p/a great benefits.
