Cross-Functional Production Operations Technician

As a Cross-Functional Production Operations Technician, you’ll rotate across assembly, shipping/receiving, and machine operation on a steady first shift, honing a broad skill set with paid training.

Start at 7:00 AM with a quick team huddle. You might kick off in assembly—building and inspecting components—then transition to machine operation to run equipment and monitor output, and finish the day supporting shipping/receiving to stage, pack, and move materials. Along the way, you’ll solve problems on the fly, collaborate with teammates, and keep quality and safety front and center. Your day wraps at 3:30 PM, with time back for life outside work.

• Rotate between assembly, shipping/receiving, and machine operation based on production needs
• Handle materials and operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
• Troubleshoot routine production issues in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to hit targets

• Good English comprehension
• Good understanding of Math
• Able to work with hands with strong manual dexterity skills
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced setting
• Must be reliable and on time!
• Manufacturing experience preferred; training will be provided

First shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), $21 per hour. Multiple openings available.
