Senior Software Integration Engineer

As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying bespoke integration solutions that streamline data exchange and enhance operational performance, directly contributing to improving respiratory health globally.
In this position, you will take the lead in developing EMR integrations utilizing MIRTH, .NET Framework C#, and Azure Cloud services tailored for our clients products. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing integration workflows that connect diverse hospital systems, applications, and platforms with our clients cloud and other medical solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze system requirements, conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting, and ensure system compatibility and stability. You will proactively engage with vendors and third-party service providers to guarantee successful integrations, document processes thoroughly, and provide user training. Additionally, you will offer technical support to customer IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless system operation.
What you bring to the role:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software integration and development.
- Demonstrated success with EMR integration projects, preferably in healthcare or medical environments.
- Strong expertise in software development with .NET C# and cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Proficiency with integration platforms such as MIRTH, n8n, TIBCO, Informatica, MuleSoft, or WSO2.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and related tools.
- Experience in customer service or client interaction within healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include previous exposure to medical systems and integration projects, especially those involving hospital or clinical environments.

Logistics
- Location: This role can be worked remote however candidates open to occasional travel to Andover, MA will take preference.
- Pay Range: $100k-$130k, depending on experience and scope.
