What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Associate position at The Hollister Group?
Our client, a growing real estate development and investment organization, is seeking a Finance Associate to support post-close financing operations, funding readiness, compliance tracking, and lender/investor reporting across multiple financing portfolios.
This role works closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams to ensure all financing deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements are accurately maintained and executed on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Track funding conditions, compliance requirements, and borrowing readiness items across multiple facilities
- Maintain financing trackers, documentation, certifications, and recurring reporting deliverables
- Organize and manage data rooms and document repositories to ensure audit-ready records
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external parties including lenders and counsel
- Identify and escalate risks that could impact funding timelines or compliance obligations
- Support ongoing improvements to financing workflows and reporting processes
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, loan/closing operations, structured finance support, portfolio operations, paralegal, or transaction support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and experience with documentation-heavy workflows
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, ShareFile, or similar)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
