Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries, process orders, and manage account statuses
- Handle a high volume of calls, providing timely and professional assistance regarding shipment updates, order placements, and product information
- Accurately input orders, including reservations and allocations, into the ERP system
- Manage returns, authorizations, and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and customer communication
- Schedule and coordinate shipments of replacement products, especially for Radstar and Radon-related items
- Capture customer interactions and transaction details within the company’s software platform, ensuring comprehensive records
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize client relationships and identify opportunities for enhanced service
- Assist customers with questions about deployment, test results, or product features to meet their specific needs
- Support online and retail order entry through the company’s digital platforms and E-Commerce partners
- Work as an integral part of the team by sharing insights, proposing ideas, and improving workflow efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2-5 years of customer service experience, particularly in order processing and client support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with customer management and order processing systems such as Epicor, Oracle, or Microsoft Great Plains; prior experience with Epicor 9 or 10 is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks
