🌶️ The Role (AKA: Where Marketing Meets Flavor Science)
The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a global leader in food & beverage innovation (name under wraps for now 👀), and they’re looking for a marketer who can do more than just build decks—they want someone who can bring ideas to life in front of customers.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Partner with Sales (yes, daily) to uncover opportunities and build a real pipeline
- Lead customer presentations, innovation sessions, and pitches that make people say, “Okay, we need this”
- Turn trends, insights, and technical capabilities into compelling, sellable stories
- Bring products to life across categories like coffee, citrus, cocoa, and taste innovation
- Create tools and materials that help Sales close deals faster (you = their secret weapon)
- Collaborate with R&D and flavor experts to make sure what you’re selling is actually… possible
Translation: You’re not just marketing the product—you’re helping shape and sell it.
Requirements:
- 7 years in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, or product marketing
- Experience in food & beverage, flavors, or anything adjacent (bonus points if you speak “coffee”)
- A strong track record of turning marketing into revenue (not just impressions 👀)
- Presentation skills that can hold a room and close a deal
- Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts into something customers actually understand
- Comfort working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
