The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a fast-growing, employee-loved food & beverage manufacturer in the Denver area, and they’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who can turn spreadsheets into strategy and insights into impact.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Your “Secret Sauce”)
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be in the mix with Sales and leadership, driving real decisions:
- Own the forecast, annual plan, and strategic roadmap for key customer channels
- Turn data into stories that influence decisions (and yes, sometimes win debates)
- Analyze customer profitability, pricing, and trade spend like a pro
- Evaluate deals before they happen—and explain what actually happened after
- Lead promo ROI analysis (because every dollar should pull its weight)
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and make things run smoother
Translation: You’ll be the financial voice behind growth.
What They’re Looking For
- 5–8 years in finance, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Experience supporting sales/marketing teams (CPG, manufacturing or food & beverage = 🔥)
- Strong handle on trade promotions, pricing, and customer analytics
- Excel skills that make people say, “Wait… how did you do that?”
- Ability to zoom out strategically and dive into the details
- Someone who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
