📍 Boulder, CO | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We're partnering with a well-established, growth-focused consumer products organization that’s expanding its Strategy Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working beyond spreadsheets—partnering directly with Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial leaders to shape long-term business decisions.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Finance & Decision Support

• Build financial frameworks that support enterprise strategy and long-range planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate growth initiatives, productivity programs, and transformation efforts
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Operations & Supply Chain Modeling

• Support network and sourcing analyses that assess cost, service, and scalability
• Partner with procurement and supply planning teams to model contract structures, pricing dynamics, and cost sensitivity
• Evaluate trade-offs between operational efficiency and commercial objectives

Commercial & Profitability Analytics

• Analyze customer, channel, and product economics to inform pricing and margin decisions
• Support revenue and promotional effectiveness analysis in partnership with commercial teams
• Provide insight into mix, volume, and margin drivers

Financial Modeling & Business Cases

• Develop investment models for capital projects, innovation pipelines, and productivity initiatives
• Assess ROI, risk, and long-term value creation across strategic scenarios
• Support leadership with clear recommendations grounded in data

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or operations analytics
• Exposure to food & beverage manufacturing, CPG, or adjacent supply chain environments strongly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

💰 Compensation & Work Model

• Base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in the Boulder area
• High-visibility role with strong exposure to senior leadership
