We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Expeditor (Expo) to act as the critical link between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This role ensures that every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation. At our club, we operate with a simple philosophy:

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ticket flow between kitchen stations
- Ensure all dishes are plated correctly, consistently, and on time
- Communicate clearly with chefs and service staff during service
- Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized expo line at all times
- Assist in garnishing and final plate presentation
- Prioritize tickets to maintain smooth service during high volume
- Uphold kitchen standards, timing, and quality control
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or expediting experience preferred, but we are willing to train
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
