FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (Full Time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages member dining while supervising and assisting with daily operations under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager and General Manager
- Has the ability to respond quickly and accurately to member requests and needs while striving to continually improve the member experience
- Assist with banquet, special events and holidays
- Displays good customer relation skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner
- Maintains constant contact with the Chef, Clubhouse Manager, and General Manager as well as communicating frequently with hosts, wait staff, and outside vendors in order to ensure that the members needs are being met
- Actively participates in set up of banquet rooms and service of food and beverage to guests
- Trains and supervises Front of House Staff
- Tracks and manages bar inventory in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Must be able to work flexible and extended hours, late nights, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Prefer minimum 4 years of experience in club and/or hospitality operations of a similar standing
- Prefer experience in a management/supervisor/training role
- The ability to multi-task and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Must present a friendly, engaging, and professional personality in interactions with members, guests and staff
- Must maintain composure and professionalism under pressure and effective work in a fast pace and high pressure environment.
- Evening, weekend, holiday and peak season availability required
