"Were looking for a Lawn Care Landscaper professional to join our team" One Year Minimum Experience Required for Team Leader 1 and 2 pay range is $18.00 - 25.00 and is based on talent and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare landscaper professional as well as working with a professional team. If you have lead your team for more than a year you may also apply.

Your Responsibilities as a Lawn Care Landscaper Team Member

Front-Line Employee –

You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.

The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other services when not focused on Lawn Care and Landscaping work.

You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often

You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

How We Measure Success

Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals.

Job Requirements for Lawn Care and Landscaping Team Member

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries a MUST

Even if you have the minimum experience, you must be willing to complete further training within 6 months.

In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.
