The Senior Capital Markets Attorney will join a strong Corporate Finance Practice Group and focus on Private Placements and Capital Raising. The practice delivers strategic, business-focused legal counsel to clients involved in a wide range of financing transactions.
Responsibilities include, drafting and negotiating PPMs, structuring private and public raises, and preparing investor disclosures.
Candidates must have deep experience in private placements and capital-raising transactions.
