**Lead Teacher Responsibilities:**

• **Curriculum and Instruction:** Use our curriculum to develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• **Classroom Management:** Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• **Family Communication:** Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress and activities.
• **Health and Safety:** Supervise children during activities to ensure their well-being.
• **Professional Development:** Participate in ongoing training to enhance your teaching skills.
• **Assessment and Documentation:** Observe and document children’s development to inform activities.
• **Team Collaboration:** Support and collaborate with fellow teachers.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Must complete state-required training.
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
