ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
NO REMOTE WORK
Will provide administrative support to Speed the Light (STL) Operations Manager and Program Developer.
Assist STL department with giving reports, statistics, trends etc.
Coordinate development of STL promotional materials, media kits, and project resources with internal creative teams.
Accurately process and enter the STL project applications, update STL project records, and facilitate communication related to projects.
Provide professional customer service by responding to STL-related calls, emails and inquiries.
Assist STL and National Youth department with all events, summits, conferences, and promotional booths as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Some college education required.
- Previous experience in communications, media or ministry-related work preferred.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace).
- Data Entry.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management.
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Customer Service.
- General Office Skills.
