ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
NO REMOTE WORK
Maintain the director's calendar, contacts and day-to-day tasks as necessary.
Serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers.
Assist the director with agenda, minutes of the meeting, and printed resource materials as needed.
Schedule and manage logistics for all onsite and offsite meetings and events, Zoom meetings with districts and other partners.
Coordinate hotel arrangements and serve as a hospitality ambassador for visiting guests as requested by the director.
Manage the director's travel both domestic and international. Manage travel calendar that includes prompt communication, the coordination of airfare etc.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Previous administrative and customer service experience in an office setting required.
Must demonstrate administrative and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Must exhibit good people skills.
Familiar with Assemblies of God and AGWM practices and beliefs preferred.
Event planning experience beneficial.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Receptionist.
Data Entry.
Customer Service.
