Assist the Controller with reconciliations.
Review and process journal entries.
Reconcile work in process accounts, monthly.
Reconcile curriculum monthly ledger activity to curriculum activity spreadsheet.
Maintain monthly report of incoming royalties.
Research accounting question from all departments.
Setup new accounts to be used in financial reporting.
Run reports from secondary software modules to record income.
Qualifications:
Accounting degree.
Minimum two years accounting experience.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Typing.
Bookkeeping.
Accounting.
General Office Skills.
Rate of pay offers are based on experience.
