POSITION SUMMARY:
The Contributor Services Representative I serves as the initial point of contact for contributions within the Assemblies of God. This role involves demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the donation processes, our services, and our systems. The goal is to act as a knowledgeable resource for in-house personnel, districts, churches and individual donors.
Provide donor support on phone, via email and via online chat.
Maintain and update donor information.
Facilitate contributions via online platform, AG Giving.
Facilitate contributions via mail or via phone call.
Support financial accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 12 months customer service experience required
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- General Office Skills
