This is an onsite position - Primary Location: Tucson, AZ (split time between Marana and Oro Valley offices).
Mandatory to be on-site at least 3 days per week (Tuesday and Thursdays at Oro Valley Campus. Wednesday at Marana campus)
Pay: $35-$40/hour. W2 only. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Duration: 1 yr with extensions based on client need and performance.

THE ROLE:
- Responsible for executing Direct Procurement Operations activities, ensuring alignment with Category Management strategies
- Focuses on supplier management, escalations, master data management, cost savings, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of procurement experience is required.
- Experience in basic contracting, business enterprise systems, and spot buying is preferred.
- Experience or demonstrated understanding in supporting cost reduction and value improvement programs is preferred.
- Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement methodologies as well as experience in GxP regulated environment are a plus
- Experience with enterprise systems and procure-to-pay tools and eSourcing/ERP tools is desired. SAP is a plus.
