3-month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.

We are seeking a Jira Operations Consultant to support the buildout of a new company wide privacy governance program utilizing Jira as its backbone. This role focuses on organizing, enriching, and creating Jira tickets at scale, along with establishing dashboards that give teams clear visibility into their work. You'll partner closely with the Privacy team to structure requirements in a consistent, repeatable way across systems and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working in Jira, including large scale ticket creation, organization, and cleanup
- Expertise applying components, labels, custom fields, and other structuring tools
- Experience building and maintaining Jira dashboards
- Ability to organize high volumes of tasks with strong attention to detail
- Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical teams to clarify inputs
- Ability to follow established frameworks and maintain consistency across a large dataset
- Experience supporting compliance, risk, or operational programs
- Familiarity with privacy concepts (GDPR, CCPA), though not required
- Organize and enrich existing Jira tickets with clear descriptions, ownership, due dates, components, labels, and linked guidance
- Create new Jira tickets for third party, internal systems, 1st party products based on provided inputs
- Build and configure departmental dashboards that surface open work, progress, and metrics
- Apply a consistent framework across hundreds of tickets to support accurate reporting
- Work with the Privacy team to ensure each requirement is captured correctly
- Support light documentation needs and weekly review cycles
