The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting our Jira software to ensure seamless project tracking and collaboration across teams. - Install, configure, and customize Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to meet organizational needs.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.
- Assist with add-on integrations for various departments.
- Develop and implement workflows, schemes, and filters to optimize project management processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Integrate Jira with other tools to streamline workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users, addressing technical issues and enhancing user adoption.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Required on site attendance 5 days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Self-starter.
- Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP).
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge or Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core.
- Familiarity with Jira plugins and marketplace apps.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Jira REST API, Groovy).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira Data Center and cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of other Atlassian tools.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
