We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a HR Operations Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: $28-$30 Hourly
- Support HR Activities: collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
- Operational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
- HR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- You have 2 years of experience in human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations.
- Proven experience in HR administration activities
