We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Customer Experience and Education Consultant for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in New York, NY. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $41/hour (starting rate)
- Duration: 8-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Manage e-learning projects and content across multiple platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality global training experiences.
- Develop and produce engaging educational content, including written materials and video-based training, to support product knowledge, customer experience, and employee upskilling.
- Analyze customer experience trends and performance metrics (KPIs), collaborate with global teams, and drive continuous improvements to enhance training effectiveness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in in-store and/or online customer experience required
- 3 years of experience in learning content creation (digital and/or physical) required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or customer-facing experience
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Experience with e-learning software or authoring tools
- Experience planning in-person meetings or events
Salary : $40 - $41
