- Manage end-to-end e-learning projects, ideally within a digital, e-commerce, or training environment
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive learning experiences
- Oversee global e-learning content across platforms to ensure consistency, quality, and adoption
- Develop, write, and produce engaging educational materials, including product training, customer experience content, and digital upskilling programs
- Track and analyze service-related KPIs across markets.
- 5 years of experience in in-store and/or online customer experience
- 3 years of experience creating learning content (digital and/or physical)
- Proven project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
