Corporate Dining Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Corporate Dining Services Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is open in multiple locations, including:

• Rahway, NJ
• West Point, PA

Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $35 - 39.66/hr (W2)
• 2-year contract assignment
• Onsite Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
• You will support daily operations within a corporate dining environment across North American food service locations
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service partners to ensure smooth dining operations
• Monitor supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards to maintain service quality
• Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, vendor reconciliation, and cost monitoring
• Maintain operational reports, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with food service and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 5 years of hospitality experience preferably in corporate dining, food service, catering, or workplace hospitality operations
• Experience managing or supporting third-party vendors and supplier relationships
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPI tracking, supplier scorecards, and performance reporting
• Strong financial acumen with experience in invoice processing, budget support, or vendor reconciliations
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with reporting tools, basic data analysis, or food service compliance is a plus
