Position Overview
The Corporate Dining Operations Coordinator / Dining Services Coordinator role is a hospitality-focused position supporting daily operations within a corporate dining environment.
This role is not administrative-focused; candidates should have strong hospitality experience, ideally within food services.
The worker may be based at one of three approved sites — Rahway, NJ, West Point, PA, or Upper Gwynedd, PA — and will support food service locations across North America.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Dining Operations Coordinator to support daily operations within a corporate dining environment. This is a mid-level opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of hospitality experience, ideally with exposure to food service, catering, or corporate dining.
The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, be computer proficient, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role will support third-party supplier management, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), track supplier performance, and help ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day corporate dining operations and service delivery
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service partners
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, service standards, and KPIs
• Assist with invoice review and approval, cost tracking, and budget monitoring
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and operational records
• Communicate professionally with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members
• Support issue resolution and follow-up on service concerns
• Ensure compliance with food service, safety, and company standards
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer experience
• Provide operational support as needed
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience
• Experience in corporate dining, food service, catering, or similar hospitality operations
• Experience managing or supporting third-party suppliers
• Understanding of service level agreements and performance tracking
• Strong financial acumen and cost-conscious mindset
• Proficiency with computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office
• Strong people skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting supplier scorecards, service reporting, or KPI tracking
• Exposure to invoice processing, budget support, or vendor reconciliation
